Dolese’s new headquarters had a significant landscape investment, but wasn’t performing. When Willis took over, the priority was restoring health and function—starting with irrigation—then rebuilding the landscape into something employees and leadership could be proud of every day. About Dolese
Founded in the earliest days of Oklahoma statehood, Dolese has spent more than 120 years building the state’s infrastructure. Their headquarters campus is the front door to that legacy: a modern, high-visibility property where landscape performance, irrigation reliability, and year-round presentation matter every day.
The Situation Before Willis
A national landscaping provider had been responsible for the site, but the property was in rough shape. A large portion of plant material was in decline or had been lost due to irrigation failure and poor soil conditions. Irrigation was the core issue: a well with sandy sediment clogged filters across the system, starving plantings and creating a cycle of replacement without solving the root cause.
Our Solution
Willis treated Dolese like a rehabilitation project: solve the root issue first, then rebuild strategically.

We’re also excited to keep building on the holiday season experience as branded lighting brings the campus to life in a fresh way each winter.
