Concrete and Asphalt Repair 

Parking lots, sidewalks, and curbs crack over time. We handle concrete repair and patching, and we manage asphalt maintenance and parking lot repairs.  

Parking Lot Striping  

Faded parking spaces, fire lanes, and directional markings need refreshing. We handle parking lot striping and restriping to keep your lot organized and compliant. 

Fence Repair and Maintenance 

Fences take weather and wear. We handle fence repair, replacement, and maintenance to keep your perimeter secure and maintained. 

Trash Cleanup and Portering Services 

Some facilities don’t have dedicated janitorial staff, but they still need regular cleanup. When debris blows in or trash collects in landscape beds, we provide trash cleanup and portering services — regular sweeping and tidying of your exterior spaces — to keep things fresh. 

Dog Station Maintenance 

Properties with on-site amenities (apartments, corporate campuses) often have dog relief stations. We manage dog station cleanup and maintenance, keeping supplies stocked and areas clean. 

Power Washing and Exterior Cleaning 

Exterior surfaces accumulate dirt, algae, and weathering over time. We offer power washing and exterior cleaning for buildings, parking areas, sidewalks, and other hardscape features. 

Vegetation Management 

Properties with gravel lots or aging asphalt with cracks can benefit from regular vegetation management. We’ll spray these problem zones and keep them weed-free. 

Tree Trimming and Removal 

Dead branches, low-hanging limbs, and small trees often need attention. We handle tree trimming for minor work and coordinate tree removal for larger projects. We also manage spring and fall cleanups — clearing leaves and seasonal debris from your property. 

Drainage Solutions 

Poor drainage creates wet spots and leads to erosion and property damage. We evaluate drainage issues and implement solutions such as regrading, installing French drains, or redirecting downspouts.

What to Expect

When you work with Willis Commercial Landscaping, your account manager is on-site regularly for mowing, turf care, and landscaping work. You may have portering, trash cleanup, or parking lot maintenance as part of your contract.  
 
For everything else, your account manager will be on the lookout for things that need attention. If they notice broken concrete, a fence section that’s failing, a tree branch that’s hanging dangerously low, or vegetation creeping into a gravel lot, they’ll bring it to your attention; usually with photos and a quote ready.
