The Situation Before Willis
Aldi needed their Oklahoma locations to represent the same standard, whether they were in the OKC metro or two hours away in Lawton. Multiple properties meant coordinating mowing, turf health, irrigation, and seasonal care, so every location represented the same standard. But in a region with more than 20 stores, finding consistency was a challenge.

We responded to Aldi’s request with a clear pathway to achieve the consistency they were hoping for. We would handle the 11 metro locations. For the locations outside of our service area, we took a consultative approach to find the right local partners for Aldi. We searched, vetted, and coordinated the onboarding of these independent, high-quality contractors that could serve their local stores.
