We offer a variety of commercial mowing programs to ensure properties receive the right level of care in a cost-effective way. Our schedule ranges from daily manicuring to wide-area mowing a few times per year, utilizing robotic mowers, bagging riding mowers, and large wide area mowers.
Turf Care
We specialize in making grass look its best across all common Oklahoma varieties—Bermuda, zoysia, fescue, and ryegrass. We provide weed control, fertilization, fungicide treatments, overseeding, aeration, topdressing, and more. Every turf care program is tailored to fit your budget and preferences.
Landscaping
Our staff are fully trained in full-scale horticulture care to make your property pop. Services include landscape detailing (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), seasonal flower installation, mulching, hedge and shrub trimming, tree and shrub pruning, fertilization, fungicides, and more.
Irrigation Management
We manage small, battery-powered irrigation systems all the way up to large complex systems, including pump houses, irrigation loops, two-wire systems, and more. We are proponents of flow-metering and cloud management due to the savings they provide.
Water Feature Management
We provide complete formal and natural water-feature management, including fountains, ponds and water features to ensure function and appeal. Whether you own a natural waterfall with a living ecosystem or a chlorine fountain, we’ve got you covered.
General Property Services
Willis is your all-things-outdoor partner. This means we’re there for you year-round for needs outside of the typical landscape management services. Some additional services we provide: trash clean-up, leaf clean-up, porter services, power washing, fencing, and concrete repair.

Our standard terms are Net 15, but we can typically accommodate special requests. We want billing to be easy to manage for your office team, so we offer two billing methods.
The total cost of all your services for the year are divided by 12 months. The first invoice is at the time of signing a contract with us and first payment is due at that time.
All services performed in a month are invoiced their actual cost at the end of each month,
